		<description>I've always heard great things about Vanguard and their low fund fees.  That's where I decided to open my Roth IRA.  Right now my money is in their STAR account but I'll look into other funds once my account balance is higher (the minimum to open the STAR is $1000 as opposed to $3000 for the other funds).</description>
