		<description>Your mistake #2 is incorredt. People should ALWAYS get all the employers money BUT. should always have money invested elsewhere. 
So IF they have extra money to invest, use an IRA a ROTH or other program so they don&#039;t have all their eggs in one basket. Also that keeps a person from being obligated to a fixed withdrawal as opposed to having the money liquid.
